UPDATE DURING SHUTDOWN
One of our most current service offers is an update and repair of your honing tools during the shuptdown phase.
This check-up and update enables us to recognize damages and deterioration in time. We can therefore react quickly, ensuring an ideal flow for the process of check-up.
Service program at your site:
- Inspection of the general condition of the tools and connections of the construction with regard to wearing of honing stones, guide shoes, air-sizing-injectors (scratch), circuit points, condition of the machine, taking of the stock
- Taking of the produced number of items, the time for production and the work in progress
- Update on customer-specific characteistics, e.g. color identification and individual requests or demands
