DUAL STudies - combine theory and practice

With a dual approach, you will have the possibility to complete your learned theory with practical education at Gehring. Theory and practical experience is close and topics learned in university can directly put into practice.

With our dual course of study you have the chance to acquire a double qualification: A full bachelor degree and a wide practical education. Through this combination, you will dispose over excellent job chances and an entry to an academic career path. The course of studies leave you a lot of room for your individual focus areas.

Different fields of application await you after your studies.

Bachelor of Engineering (FH): Mechatronic Plus (F/M)

The work model mechatronic plus includes the apprenticeship as an mechatronic engineer at Gehring and studies at the university of Esslingen (Göppingen). The disciplines mechanics, electronics, precision engineering and micro mechanics (micro electronics and microsystems technology).

Bachelor of Engineering (DHBW): MEchanical Engineering (F/M)

The course of study as an engineer consists of a practical part in our firm and a theoretical part at university.

Both parts rotate every quarter year.During the practical part you will get to know the different fields of our firm. The last semester will take place in the field of your final bachelor thesis.

Bachelor of Engineering: Electric engineering Automation (F/M)

A pure university- education is too theoretical for you? You are interested in a practical orientated education within university studies? Then the system of the dual studies will be the right thing for you! The model combines practice and theory, whereby both parts rotate every three months. Hereby the theoretical knowledge can be enhanced by the practical experience in our firm.
