Practical Training by the Innovation Leader

Our qualification program offers a variety of modules on machine operations, machine maintenance and process technology. These moduels are specifically designed to meet the requirements for operators, maintenance, planning and production personnel - both for fundamental and operator training.

Machine Operation

Machine Operator Training modules are both designed as beginner and advanced modules. You will be able to professionally acquire or refresh detailed theoretical knowledge on the honing process and learn about the effective operating of Gehring honing machines.

Process Technology

These modules qualify planning, purchasing and production personnel, operators and set-up personnel. Qualifications in process technology are characterized by practical experience with honing processes, parameters, tools, abrasives and gauging systems.

Machine Maintenance

The Academy training modules on machine maintenance are designed to meet the requirements of both mechanical and electrical maintenance personnel. In step with actual practice, you will learn about opportunities for diagnosis and repairing.
