Nagel and Gehring combine their know-how in honing technology

With the incorporation of the Gehring companies into the Nagel Group, the product range of the two technology companies will be expanded to include innovative technologies and promising business areas. In response to market developments in the largest segment of automotive drive technology, the two companies offer new solutions in the field of emission reduction and alternative drive systems. In addition to further developments in honing technology, the technology partnership with the automotive industry has been strengthened by new laser processes, digitization solutions and production systems for e-mobility. Under the umbrella of the family-run Nagel Group, their long-term sustainable development is to be continued together as a strong long-term supplier to the automotive industry and other industries.

The process was accompanied by Clairfield International, an international M&A consultancy specializing in medium-sized company transactions. The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
